Therefore, WLI secures and provides community resources, services, and initiatives in support of the people with or without developmental disabilities, and their families, through person- centered support services to enable them to responsibly exercise their choices, preferences, and rights, without limitation, and to create an enriched life of experience for a fully integrated EVERYDAY LIFE, VALUE IN ACTION for all.
