In 1 Corinthians 12 we are told that "There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord; there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone." Through baptism each of us is called to serve God and the community in some way. Young people are especially encouraged to participate in liturgical life as Sunday School Teachers, Ushers and Greeters. Are you gifted in music? Are you an eloquent and commanding speaker? Is hospitality or organization or cleaning your gift? Liturgical ministry offers many opportunities to use your talent or skill to benefit the community in a small but very important way.
Liturgical ministry is an excellent opportunity to fulfill your baptismal call of service to one another. Our liturgies provide a broad spectrum where one can utilize the talents and gifts that God has given him/her to the fullest extent. Whether participation is through “behind the scenes” preparation and planning or through a public role of service within the Church, it is a truly life-giving celebrations.
Since WLI establishment, our Liturgical Ministry has prepared more than 12 people who received Chirst as our Savior and have received baptism. These newly flesh member of the body of Christ were introduce to the Ministry Early March and some are now becoming to take major roles in the Church Activities and also serving their community.
